부시.... 대북 강력 경고메시지....

방금 미국CBS방송인터넷판은 부시가 김정일에 강한 메시지를
보냈다고 보도하고있다.즉,

부시는 "우리는 인내하고있다. 그러나 우리의 인내에는 한계가
있다." 라고 말하며 "북이 (계속) 고집하면 그 댓가를 치를
것."이라고 경고했다고 한다.

"Our partners in the six-party talks are patient, but our
patience is not unlimited,"

"....warned that if North Korea remains obstinate it will
have "a price to pay,"

아베총리도 "우리는 완전히 의견일치를 보았다.만일 북이
적절히 대처치 않으면 좀더 강력한 제재를 가할 것."이라고
언급했다고 한다.

"We completely see eye to eye on this matter. They need
to respond properly on these issues. Otherwise we will
have to take a tougher response on our on our side."

아울러 부시는 일본일각에서 부시의 25백만불건에대해 부시의
유약(? soft)이라 의심하는 것에 대새서도

"금융문제에 관해 북에게 명확하게 해줘서 북으로 하여금 변명
케하지 않도록 하기 위함이다."라고 말하며,

"이런 것을 김정일에게 보여주는 것은 현명한 일이지 유약이라
할 수없다."라고 언급해 우리국내에서도 부시의 대김정일후퇴
주장을 일축했다.

Mr. Bush addressed this issue. "There's a financial ar
-rangement that we're now trying to clarify for the North
Koreans, so that that will enable them to have no excuse
for moving forward. ...." he said.

"I think it's wise to show the North Korean leader as well
that there's a better way forward. I wouldn't call that soft,"
said Mr. Bush.

이외에도 양국(미일)은 위안부문제가 후회스런일(regrettable
chapter )라고 햇고, 아베도 자신의 언급으로 혼란을 겪은 것
에 대해 사과하고 앞으로는 일본이 국제사회에서 인권에 "의미
있는 기여를 할 것을 약속(pledge)했다고 한다.

At the same time, Abe said that "human rights were violat
-ed in many parts of the world" at the time. "So we have
to make the 21st century a century in which no human
rights are violated," he said. He pledged to make "a
significant contribution to this end."
